Observance days Collection Schedule:
There is no change in your collection schedule for the following observances: Martin Luther King Jr., President's Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran's Day. We would like to thank all military personnel who have served and are currently serving in all branches of the United States Military. We greatly appreciate your service.

Snowy Weather
During snowy weather our trucks are NOT able to pick up on difficult roads such as: secondary roads, private lanes, hills, back-ins and backyard service. These will be attempted at a later time in the week, so leave your residential waste at the curb. Please remember it is the Customer’s responsibility to keep all containers accessible for our trucks. For Commercial Customers, if snow is piled in front of our container or the container enclosure, we will not service the container and additional fees may be charged because the container was blocked. Consider "dummy locking" to avoid frozen locks. Poles of enclosures should be left outside the designated holes in freezing temperatures. All lids should be closed. Containers with wheels need to have a cleared path to the truck. Thank you for your patience and understanding as safety is always important to us.
