Dear Valued Customer:

On November 1, 2019, Ronald and Nancy Dailey of Dailey Recycling & Refuse Service have decided to retire. Ronald and Nancy have merged Dailey’s with Ohio Valley Waste Service, Inc. of Youngstown, Ohio.  Ohio Valley Waste is owned by the Vogel family, who have been in the waste removal service industry for over 61 years. The Vogel family values you as a new loyal customer and look forward to continuing to provide you with the same excellent service.

Since November the Ohio Valley Waste team along with Ronald, Nancy, and the rest of the Dailey’s staff have continued to provide you the customer with the same reliable waste removal service as they have done for more than 37 years. As Ronald and Nancy transition to retirement, they would like to thank you for your many years of business. You will still see them in the office working with the Ohio Valley team for a little while longer. Ohio Valley Waste has welcomed all the Dailey’s employees to join our family business.

Ohio Valley Waste, Inc. would like to welcome you as well. You will gradually see a change to the Ohio Valley Waste name on your invoice, truck, and carts. Enclosed you will find your new invoice that now has the Ohio Valley Waste name on it. Please pay close attention to your new account number when sending in a payment. It is similar but is not the same as your old account number. If you are paying electronically through your bank’s online bill pay, you must include all 10 digits of your account number. When mailing a payment, please remit to:

Ohio Valley Waste Service, Inc.
