Ohio Valley Waste Service offers employees the following types of benefits:
1. Full time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and one-half for overtime hours worked.
2. Work weeks can vary from 5-8 hour days to 4-10 hour days for the employee’s regular schedule.
3. Health, Eye, Dental, Life, AD&D and short-term disability benefits after waiting period.
4. Eligible for company-provided uniforms after waiting period, if applicable.
5. Eligible for paid time off (PTO) after waiting period.
6. Eligible to participate in 401(k) and receive company contributions after waiting period.

Recycling Plant Sorter

Mars, PA

TC Recycling, LLC is seeking a sorter to sort recyclable materials into applicable components; plastics, cans, and glass.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Sort materials by manually picking them up from a moving conveyor belt.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be a dependable, self-motivated individual.

- Employees must provide their own safety-approved work boots.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- This job is performed in a building that is heated to some degree. Employees are subject to heat or cold based on outside temperature fluctuations.

- Ability to stand throughout the shift. Also able to walk, climb, bend/twist, and push/pull.

- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. required.
